RedandBlue Applied Innovations is seeking experienced ADAS System Engineers to support a global vehicle upgrade and next-generation driver assistance systems program. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in automotive systems engineering, requirements management, validation & verification, vehicle architecture, and ADAS technologies including radar and forward-looking camera systems. This role involves collaborating with OEM and Tier-1 engineering teams, supporting engineering sign-off activities, driving requirements traceability, and delivering engineering work products through the Product Creation & Delivery System (PCDS) lifecycle.

Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Define, analyze, and manage ADAS system requirements throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Establish and maintain end-to-end requirements traceability from customer requirements to system validation.
  • Support system architecture development for vehicle-level ADAS features.
  • Perform system-level Validation & Verification (V&V) activities.
  • Work closely with software, hardware, testing, and integration teams.
  • Support delivery of engineering work packages through the PCDS process.
  • Participate in engineering reviews, design reviews, and sign-off forums.
  • Prepare technical evidence and compliance documentation for engineering approvals.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system integration issues.
  • Ensure compliance with OEM development processes and quality standards.
  • Support vehicle upgrade and enhancement programs across multiple vehicle platforms.

Required Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electronics Engineering
  • Electrical Engineering

  • Related Engineering Discipline

Experience

  • 8–10 years of automotive industry experience.
  • OEM or Tier-1 supplier experience.
  • Strong Systems Engineering background.
  • Hands-on experience with EVA2.
  • Requirements Management & Traceability.
  • Validation & Verification expertise.
  • ADAS architecture knowledge.
  • Engineering Sign-Off Forum support.
  • PCDS methodology experience.
