RedandBlue Applied Innovations Private Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial transactions, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and bank statements.
• Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, and cash flow statements.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely invoicing and payments.
• Process payroll, including tax deductions, employee reimbursements, and compliance with statutory requirements.
• Prepare GST, TDS, and other tax filings while ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor financial transactions.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities as needed.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, accounting principles, and best practices.
• Generate financial reports and provide insights for decision-making.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CA Inter or MBA in Finance is a plus).
• 2-5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation (GST, TDS), and financial reporting.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in handling audits and compliance matters.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and corporate taxation.
• Familiarity with ERP accounting systems.
