About the Role

We are looking for a smart, engaging, and well-spoken professional who enjoys connecting with people and communicating ideas with confidence and warmth.

The role involves researching potential clients on LinkedIn and other tools, reaching out through customized emails and messages, scheduling demo calls with our leadership team, and supporting our online brand presence through thoughtful content sharing.

You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our global clients—someone who represents the professionalism, empathy, and innovation that define RedandBlue.


Key Responsibilities
  • Research potential leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and similar tools.
  • Build and maintain a high-quality prospect database aligned with RedandBlue’s service offerings.
  • Draft and send personalized email and LinkedIn messages to decision-makers.
  • Coordinate demo calls between clients and our Directors.
  • Share weekly posts and updates on LinkedIn and other company social channels, highlighting leadership perspectives and service offerings.
  • Attend virtual meetings and present RedandBlue’s portfolio confidently.
  • Track outreach metrics (emails sent, calls scheduled, conversion progress).
  • Contribute creative ideas to improve our marketing and engagement strategy.


Preferred Skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English with a clear, confident communication style.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn networking and email etiquette.
  • Pleasant on-camera presence and comfortable in virtual meetings with international clients.
  • Good sense of design and content tone for LinkedIn posts.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and self-motivated.
  • Prior experience in lead generation, business development, or client outreach is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (OfficeGx, HubSpot, or Zoho) is an advantage.
