As part of the founding team, we are seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) & Co-Founder who will take ownership of the company’s brand, growth strategy, and market positioning from inception through scale. This is a high-impact leadership role with significant strategic responsibility and equity participation. Role Summary The Chief Marketing Officer will be responsible for defining and leading the end-to-end marketing function, including brand development, go-to-market strategy, customer acquisition, and ecosystem building. The role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with the ability to operate effectively in a 0→1 environment and scale systems over time.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Positioning

  • Define the company’s brand identity, voice, and market positioning
  • Establish a differentiated narrative aligned with long-term vision

Growth & Go-To-Market Strategy

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for product and platform launches
  • Build scalable frameworks for user acquisition, activation, and retention

Demand Generation & Channels

  • Lead multi-channel growth across digital, partnerships, and community ecosystems
  • Identify and unlock new distribution and growth opportunities

Content & Thought Leadership

  • Drive strategic content initiatives to position the company as a category leader
  • Oversee communication across all external channels

Partnerships & Ecosystem Development

  • Build and manage relationships with strategic partners, institutions, and stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of a strong innovation and growth ecosystem

Product & Experience Alignment

  • Collaborate closely with product and leadership teams to shape user journeys and engagement models
  • Ensure alignment between brand promise and product experience


Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in senior marketing, growth, or brand leadership roles
  • Demonstrated ability to build and scale marketing functions from early stages
  • Strong understanding of go-to-market strategy, customer acquisition, and brand building
  • Experience operating in startup or high-growth environments preferred
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to execute in ambiguous, fast-paced settings
  • Excellent communication, positioning, and stakeholder management skills
  • Entrepreneurial orientation with a long-term interest in company building
