We are looking for a proactive, personable, and customer-focused Customer Success & Support Executive to join our OfficeGx team. You will be the first point of contact for website visitors and new customers, responsible for engaging with prospects in real-time, onboarding new users, and ensuring a smooth and supportive experience on our platform. You will coordinate closely with the technical team to resolve issues and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Monitor website traffic in real time and initiate live chats with visitors to answer queries and convert them into customers.
Track new signups on the platform, promptly contact them, schedule onboarding calls, and assist with setting up their company profile.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, staying in regular contact to ensure they are utilizing OfficeGx effectively.
Be the primary liaison for customer inquiries or issues over chat, phone, email, or Zoom, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
Coordinate with the technical team to resolve any product issues and keep customers updated throughout the process.
Demonstrate patience, empathy, and professionalism during all interactions.
Stay available and responsive across time zones (USA and India) to engage customers as soon as they show interest.
Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal and customer engagement skills.
Ability to handle live chat, phone, and video calls with confidence and courtesy.
Flexibility to work in shifts and cover multiple time zones as needed.
Good organizational and follow-up skills.
Familiarity with SaaS products, ERP platforms, or CRM systems is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
1–4 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or customer success in a SaaS or B2B environment.
Knowledge of Office productivity software; experience with live chat tools and CRM software is an advantage.
