You will be the first point of contact for website visitors and new customers, responsible for engaging with prospects in real-time, onboarding new users, and ensuring a smooth and supportive experience on our platform. You will coordinate closely with the technical team to resolve issues and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Description

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor website traffic in real time and initiate live chats with visitors to answer queries and convert them into customers.

  • Track new signups on the platform, promptly contact them, schedule onboarding calls, and assist with setting up their company profile.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, staying in regular contact to ensure they are utilizing OfficeGx effectively.

  • Be the primary liaison for customer inquiries or issues over chat, phone, email, or Zoom, ensuring prompt and professional responses.

  • Coordinate with the technical team to resolve any product issues and keep customers updated throughout the process.

  • Demonstrate patience, empathy, and professionalism during all interactions.

  • Stay available and responsive across time zones (USA and India) to engage customers as soon as they show interest.


🔍 Required Skills:

  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.

  • Strong interpersonal and customer engagement skills.

  • Ability to handle live chat, phone, and video calls with confidence and courtesy.

  • Flexibility to work in shifts and cover multiple time zones as needed.

  • Good organizational and follow-up skills.

  • Familiarity with SaaS products, ERP platforms, or CRM systems is a plus.


📚 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

  • 1–4 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or customer success in a SaaS or B2B environment.

  • Knowledge of Office productivity software; experience with live chat tools and CRM software is an advantage.
