Description

HR Generalist Duties:

  • Handle day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Coordinate and support organizational training and development programs.
  • Manage employee records and HR documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze trends to improve employee retention.
  • Assist in developing HR strategies to align with business goals.

Business Analyst Duties:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
  • Analyze and document workflows and processes for cloud-based ERP systems.
  • Assist in the implementation and optimization of ERP systems, focusing on HR modules and functionalities.
  • Create detailed documentation including business requirements, process flow diagrams, and user manuals.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure ERP solutions meet business and HR needs.
  • Assist in troubleshooting, testing, and validation of ERP systems post-implementation.

Required Skills:

  • HR Expertise: Knowledge of recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance.
  • Business Analysis: Experience with gathering business requirements, process mapping, and system implementations.
  • Cloud ERP Knowledge: Understanding of cloud-based ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) with a focus on HR modules.
  • Documentation: Strong writing skills, capable of drafting comprehensive technical documents, manuals, policies, and reports.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interface effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Immediate Availability: Must be available to join immediately.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in an HR generalist role with exposure to business analysis.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based ERP systems is essential.
