Position Overview:RedandBlue Applied Innovations Private Limited is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resource Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, maintaining employee records, payroll and benefits administration, ensuring compliance, and providing administrative support. Familiarity with cloud HR tools and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment:

    • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
    • Conduct initial candidate screenings and reference checks.
    • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
  • Onboarding:

    • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
    • Prepare and manage onboarding materials, including welcome packets and orientation schedules.
    • Conduct orientation sessions for new employees.
  • Offboarding:

    • Manage the offboarding process, including exit interviews and the return of company property.
    • Ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed and filed appropriately.
  • Employee Records:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in both physical and digital formats.
    • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Payroll and Benefits:

    • Assist in the administration of payroll and employee benefits.
    • Address employee queries related to payroll and benefits in a timely manner.
    • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll changes.
  • Compliance:

    • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulations.
    • Assist in the preparation and submission of compliance reports and documentation.
  • Administrative Support:

    • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar HR role.
  • Familiarity with cloud HR tools and systems.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
