RedandBlue Applied Innovations is seeking a skilled QA Engineer – Manual Testing with 3 years of experience to join our dynamic QA team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manual testing, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of software testing processes. Knowledge of ERP applications will be considered a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to create and execute detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases.
• Perform various testing types including functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
• Identify, document, and track bugs using bug-tracking tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver quality products.
• Ensure timely and high-quality releases by performing thorough regression testing.
• Prepare and maintain test documentation, including test cases, test results, and defect reports.
• Work closely with developers and business teams to identify test scenarios and resolve issues.
• Contribute to test planning and strategy discussions.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of ERP applications is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in manual testing.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases and test results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with bug-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.) is preferred.

• Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
