How to Invite Users to officegx?

  • On the Context Menu go to Company Users.
  • Click on "Users" you will be redirected to Users page where you can see "Invite" option on the top right of the page.
  • Click on Invite button you will get a popup window where you can see fields like 
    • Name:
      • Need to enter name of User to whom you are inviting.
    •  Email:
      • Enter the email id of the User to whom you are inviting
    •  User Type:
      • Enter  whether the User is Internal or External.
    •  Roles.
      • Enter the Designation  of User to whom you are inviting.
  • Fill all the Mandatory Fields and click on Invite button.
  • The User will receive Email from the invite you sent.
  • The User can login into Officegx through that link which he/she got in an Email.
