How do I manage performance logs, peer reviews, and AI summaries in OfficeGX?

To effectively track and review employee performance in OfficeGX, you can use features like performance logs, peer reviews, and AI-powered consolidated summaries. These tools allow Reporting Managers and users to log formal feedback, request informal peer reviews, and generate comprehensive summaries for evaluation.

Follow these steps:

  1. Login to officegx.com with your credentials.
  2. Navigate to the left menu and click on:
    People → Performances
  3. Select an employee from the list on the left panel to view their profile and performance logs.
  4. Reporting Managers (RMs) can click “Add Log” to submit a formal review.
    Each log can include:
    • Reviewer name
    • Review period (From – To)
    • Star rating (1 to 5)
    • Comments and performance tags (e.g., “Outstanding”, “Needs Improvement”)
  5. To analyze existing reviews, use the Performance Log Search:
    • Select a date range.
    • Click “Consolidated Log” to activate the AI summary, which compiles multiple reviews into a single, easy-to-read performance summary.
  6. To gather informal feedback, click “Request Peer Review”:
    • Choose a colleague or teammate to review the selected employee.
    • This is useful for collecting 360° input beyond manager feedback.
  7. To view peer review statuses, click “Pending Peer Reviews”(top-right):
    • Reviews Pending By You: Reviews you’re expected to submit.
    • Reviews Pending By Others: Peer reviews others need to complete at your request.
  8. The employee’s Overall Rating is automatically calculated as an average of all review star ratings, including both formal logs and peer reviews.

⚠️ Only Reporting Managers can add performance logs, but any user can request peer reviews for more well-rounded evaluations.
