How to add Activity in CRM?

• On context Menu go to Customer  Add Activity.
• Click on Add Activity you will be redirected to add page.
• Fill all the Mandatory fields in the page and save it.
• New Activity is created. You can check in the Activity Grid (Context menu>>Activity>>List page)
