Step 1: Log in to officegx.com with your admin credentials or request access.
Step 2: In the left menu, click on Helpdesk and then select Config.
Step 3: In the Config section, go to the Operational Hours tab.
Step 4: Click on + New Operational Hours to create new hours.
Step 5: Enter the details for the operational hours, including the start time and end time for shifts.
Step 6: Click Save to apply the operational hours.
