How to Add Templates In Notifications?

  • On the Context Menu go to CustomerEmail Template.
  • Click on Email Template , you will be redirected to NotificationTemplates page.
  • In Templates page, on the top left you can see a button called "New Template".
  • Click on that Button you will get a new slide where you can see two tabs namely Info & Roles Tab.
  • In "Info" tab fill all the mandatory fileds like Name, Subject, Content.
  • To make the new template active there is checkbox on the top right edge where you need to enable while creating new template.
  • In "Roles" Tab you can give access to the employees basing on their roles, where this template can be accessed for.
  • In this way a new template can be added.
