How to Add Templates In Notifications?
On the Context Menu go to Customer
Email Template.
Click on Email Template , you will be redirected to Notification
Templates page.
In Templates page, on the top left you can see a button called "New Template".
Click on that Button you will get a new slide where you can see two tabs namely Info & Roles Tab.
In "Info" tab fill all the mandatory fileds like Name, Subject, Content.
To make the new template active there is checkbox on the top right edge where you need to enable while creating new template.
In "Roles" Tab you can give access to the employees basing on their roles, where this template can be accessed for.
In this way a new template can be added.
