How to Compose an Email from Notification Template?
On the Context Menu go to Customer
Email Compose.
Click on email compose , you will be redirected to Notification
Compose page where you can see two main fields like Recipients and Compose.
In Recipients field you can see four choice boxes like Lead, Contact, Account and Ad-hoc.
Select any one of them and you will get an email id basing on your selection.
Coming to "Compose" field you can choose the Template from the dropdown and give the subject and add the content.
After adding if you want to send it to the recipient click on "Send Now" Button or if you want save click on "Save as Draft" Button.
If you want to schedule you can click on "Schedule" Button.
