How to config Activity in CRM?

  • On Context Menu go to CustomerActivity config.
  • Click on Activity config you will be redirected to config page where you can see "Status" Tab and " Type" Tab.
  • In "Status" Tab click on "Add new Status" button now fill all the fields which are mandatory and then click on add.
  • In "Type"  Tab click on "Add New Type" to add different/new type.
  • After clicking on add new type button you will find text box to fill, fill that filed and click on add.
