How to config Activity in CRM?
On Context Menu go to
Customer
Activity
config.
Click on
Activity
config
you will be redirected to config page where you can see "Status" Tab and " Type" Tab.
In "
Status
" Tab click on "Add new Status" button now fill all the fields which are mandatory and then click on add.
In "
Type
" Tab click on "Add New Type" to add different/new type.
After clicking on add new type button you will find text box to fill, fill that filed and click on add.
