How to Config Board in Project Management System?

  • Click on Context Menu Project Config Board
    1. Click on "Add New Board"
    2. You will get a popup window where you can see fields like
      1. Name
        1. Name here indicates Title of a Lanes in a Board (Eg: Active, Todo.... )
      2. Status
        1. For the configured lanes need to assign some statuses like reopened, Active...
      3. Display Order
        1. Basing on the Numeric you have chosen in the field the Board will be listed in the dropdown.
      4. Move Status
        1. Select the  status from the dropdown to where you want to move the work item.
    3. After Filling all the above-required fields click on "Add" button
  • Repeat this steps 1 through 3 for each lane you need in the board. Ideally Board looks like if we have minimum 3 and maximum 5 lanes
