How to Config Departments and Locations in Payroll?

  • On the Context Menu go to  Payroll  Config
  • You will be redirected to  Payroll Config page where you can see  Departments and Locations tab.
  • Click on "New Departments" button you will get  fields to add like
    •  Name:It includes Title of the Department( Eg: Health, Insurance..)
    •  Description: You can describe more about Department if you want.
    • Display order:Newly added Department will be listed in the grid basing on the numerics you have chosen from dropdown.
  • After filling click on Add button.
  • Click on "New Locations" button you will get  fields to add like
    • Name:It includes Title of the Location
    • Description: You can describe more about Location if you want.
    • Display order:Newly added Location will be listed in the grid basing on the numerics you have chosen from dropdown.
