How to config Lead in CRM?

  • On the Context Menu go to  Customer  Lead Config.
  • Click on Lead Config you will be redirected to Config page where you can see "Status" Tab & "Source" Tab.
  • In "Status" Tab you can see "Add New Status" button.
  • Click on  "Add New Status" button and start adding new status by filling all the fields like Name and click on add button.
  • In these way you can add many statuses.
  • In "Source" Tab you can add new source by clicking on "Add New Source" Button.
