How to configure Auto Clock-Out?

  • Login with any Admin account
    • Click on Time on top left Menu icon
    • Click on Config  under Time Menu
    • Click on Add New Property (if you don't already see the following properties in the grid)
      1. EnableAutoClockOut:
        • Set this to either TRUE or FALSE
        • Auto-Clock out functionality will be triggered only if this property is set to TRUE
      2. CompanyMaxWorkingHours
        • Set this to a valid integer number (the maximum work hours that you would want your employee to clock in per session)
        • Example: 8
      3. AutoClockOutEmailTemplate
        • This should be the name of the HTML template. Example AutoClockOutTemplate.html
        • This is a Email Template that will be used to send out a message to Employee and Manager when a Auto-Clock out happens for any user.
        • We strongly recommend not to set this value with out checking with support team.
