How to Group, Filter and Sort the Work Items in Project Management System?

  • If you want to see all the work items of all the employees
  • Click on Context Menu Project Work Items List view
  • Go to List view, select "All " in the drop-down, you will find a grid below for the View All.
  • To Filter the work items, first, we need to select the List view 
    • Assigned To
      • If you want to filter by assigned to, Click on the Three dots (Column settings) you will see the view.
      • You can add the columns from the List Grid, by Enabling checkbox whichever you want to add in the columns
    • Grouping
      • Now you can even filter by grouping them
      • Just drag the column(assigned to) to the top where you can see the text (Drag a column header and drop it here to group by that column)
      • Once after grouping, you can see the view.
      • Click on that Collapse button, you can see the clear view of Grouping.
      • In the same manner, you can group them by status, assigned to, project, estimated effort, priority, completed work.
    • Pagination
      • You can increase the page view by increasing the pagination which is placed at the bottom
    • Export to Excel
      • You can even Export them to excel by clicking on the button "Export to excel".
      • Then a CSV file will get Downloaded in your Local Computer.
