How to Re-Authenticate Calendar in User profile

Reauthentication is required if there are security changes in your account (e.g., password reset, MFA activation).

  1. Access the Calendar Tab

    • Hover over your profile icon, click Profile, and go to Self Services > Calendar.
  2. Select Reauthentication

    • Locate the calendar that needs reauthentication.
    • Click on the Reauthenticate button.
  3. Grant Permissions Again

    • You will be redirected to the provider’s authentication page.
    • Follow the instructions and allow calendar permissions again.
  4. Sync Resumes Automatically

    • Once reauthenticated, event syncing will resume, and your calendar data will be updated.
