How to Setup SEO

To configure SEO settings in OfficeGx, follow these steps:

1. 🔐 Log in to your OfficeGx account as an Administrator.
2. 🏢 In the left navigation panel, go to Company.
3. ⚙️ Click on Company > SEO.

This section allows you to manage how your pages appear in search engines and social media previews using meta tags, Open Graph tags, and rich media settings.

📝 Meta Info

• meta:title: Title shown in browser tabs and search results.
  Example: "OfficeGx Platform – Smart Business Tools"
• meta:keywords: Comma-separated list of SEO keywords.
  Example: "ERP, CRM, payroll, HRMS"
• meta:description: Short description (max 160 characters).
  Example: "All-in-one ERP platform for growing businesses."

📣 Open Graph (Social Media)

• og:title: Title displayed in link previews
• og:type: Type of content (e.g., website, article)
• og:url: The canonical page URL
  Example: https://www.officegx.com

🖼️ Open Graph Image

• og:image:url: URL of the preview image
• og:image:secure_url: HTTPS version of the image
• og:image:type: Image type (e.g., image/png)
• og:image:width and og:image:height: Image dimensions in pixels
• og:image:alt: Alternative text for accessibility

🎞️ Open Graph Video

• og:video: URL of the video preview
• og:video:secure_url: HTTPS video URL
• og:video:type: Video MIME type (e.g., video/mp4)
• og:video:width and og:video:height: Video resolution in pixels
