๐ Step 1: Login
Login to officegx.com using your administrator credentials and any Employee with ATS access..
๐ Step 2: Go to Applicants Section
From the left-hand menu, navigate to:
โค Applicants → Positions
๐งพ Step 3: View Applicants for a Job Position
Click on any Position Title (e.g., Customer Support Executive) to load all applicant profiles.
Each applicant card displays:
You can select applicants using checkboxes.
โ๏ธ Step 4: Use “Help Me Shortlist”
After selecting 2–6 applicants, click on:
๐ญ Help me shortlist
A dialog box will appear with a query input field.
Here, you can type or paste the Job Description (JD) or requirements.
๐ Hint (visible in UI):
"Help me find a candidate whose profile matches the job description."
Click the yellow “Help me shortlisting” button.
The AI will screen selected resumes and return a score-based analysis.
