How to View Applicants, Shortlist Profiles, and Compare Applicants

๐Ÿ”‘ Step 1: Login

Login to officegx.com using your administrator credentials and any Employee with ATS access..

๐Ÿ“Œ Step 2: Go to Applicants Section

From the left-hand menu, navigate to:

โžค Applicants → Positions

๐Ÿงพ Step 3: View Applicants for a Job Position

Click on any Position Title (e.g., Customer Support Executive) to load all applicant profiles.

Each applicant card displays:

  • โœ… Verified skills
  • ๐ŸŽ“ Education
  • ๐ŸŒ Location
  • ๐Ÿง  AI-based Match Score (top-right)
  • ๐Ÿ‘ค Profile photo placeholder

You can select applicants using checkboxes.

โš™๏ธ Step 4: Use “Help Me Shortlist”

After selecting 2–6 applicants, click on:

๐Ÿ”ญ Help me shortlist

A dialog box will appear with a query input field.
Here, you can type or paste the Job Description (JD) or requirements.

๐Ÿ“Œ Hint (visible in UI):
"Help me find a candidate whose profile matches the job description."

Click the yellow “Help me shortlisting” button.
The AI will screen selected resumes and return a score-based analysis.

๐Ÿ“Š Step 5: Compare Profiles

Click on:

You’ll see a side-by-side comparison table with:

  • Name & Gender
  • Top 3 Skills
  • Tenure & Total Experience
  • Salary & Expected CTC
  • Notice Period
  • Shift Preference
  • ๐Ÿง  AI Analysis with % Match
  • ๐Ÿ“Œ Detailed domain knowledge and resume evaluation

This helps you visually assess candidates before making decisions.

  • โœ… Add Qualifying Questions
    From the job posting interface, you can add qualifying questions.
    These questions will be shown to candidates while applying, helping to pre-screen based on must-have answers.
  • ๐Ÿค– AI Resume Screening
    The AI engine compares resumes with the Job Description (JD) and assigns a match score.
    This helps in:
    • Fast-tracking the right profiles
    • Reducing manual resume screening
    • Making rating-based comparisons
